Ingredients
1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
1 cup loosely packed fresh parsley leaves
1/3 cup whole almonds
1 t small fresh chili or ¼-1/2cayenne
2 garlic cloves coarsely chopped
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
salt and pepper to taste try Clover Valley Farms Garlic Salt! Servings: 4
Instructions
Combine cilantro, parsley, almonds, chili pepper, garlic and vinegar.
Process in a food processor until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in oil with food processor running.
Season with salt and pepper.
