Ingredients:
2 cups arugula
2 cups spinach
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup olive oil
½ cup pine nuts toasted
salt and pepper to taste
Servings: 4
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a smooth paste forms.
Add additional olive oil as needed for desired consistency.
Serve with pasta or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
