Ingredients:
1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
1 cup loosely packed fresh parsley leaves
1/3 cup whole almonds
1 teaspoon fresh chili chopped or 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
2 garlic cloves coarsely chopped
2 Tablespoon Clover Valley Farms Rhubarb-Basil Vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
salt and pepper to taste (or try Clover Valley Farms Garlic Salt)
Instructions
Combine cilantro, parsley, almonds, chili pepper, garlic and vinegar. Process in a food processor until smooth. Slowly drizzle in oil with food processor running. Season with salt and pepper.
